HIS Direction Job Search Training

We are a Christ-centered nonprofit orgainzation providing job readiness training and career advancement planning. Our program begins with an intensive eight day workshop followed by job search support and one to two years of life coaching.

We prepare people in trasition to overcome barriers to employment and develop in their journey of faith. Many of the people we serve have struggled with unstable life patterns such as addiction, abuse, prison, or homelessness. We enter their lives at a point where they are ready to change and make a commitment to a new way of living.
