• 11% of our individuals are below poverty level
• More than 1100 men and women have graduated from a successful job search ministry in Houston
• Of those graduates, 78% are now employed and contributing to the economy
• Employers who have hired graduates have enjoyed an 80% retention rate
• Many job search graduates will experience reconnection with their families and stablization in their relationships
• Graduates will also gain independence by moving from transitional to permanent housing

Job Coaches - commit to meeting with and encouraging a graduate for at least a year

 

Graduation support - attend a celebration to encourage members who have completed the classroom phase

Become a core employer - hire graduates of our program
